There is no longer a $10 charge for prescription refills. MSI now covers a limited number per year.

New prescriptions are not covered; you would need a phone or in-person appointment for new prescriptions.
Any Controlled Substance Medications (ADHD meds, some anxiety meds, some pain meds) require an appointment so make sure you book your appointment early.

Prescription (not medication) for insurance purposes for massage/physio therapy, walker, orthotics, etc....$10
Copy of medical chart or medical records transfer....... $50
Missed appointment with no notice..... $50
Injection of immunization not covered by provincial program such as for travel... $30
Canada Pension Plan (CPP) disability forms.... paid by Federal Government.
Prescription renewal (medication) without appointment... paid by MSI 4x / year.
Ear curettage and syringing....$20
